Founded in 2017 by Janice Bondinell, a seasoned HR professional with over 19 years of expertise in HR outsourcing, consulting, PEO, and ASO platforms, HRX was created to solve a fundamental challenge: businesses need HR support without the complexity and cost of building an internal team.
Today, we are a virtual HR administration outsourcing firm composed of skilled HR administrators, managers, and subject matter experts, dedicated to taking time-consuming, repetitive HR tasks off your hands—so you can focus on growing your business.

Janice Bondinell - PHR Founder & Consultant
Janice is the founder and consultant for HR Experience Inc. a small HR outsourcing firm. She leads the team in delivering exceptional HR services in a meaningful way ensuring a thoughtful interaction every time.
Prior to starting her company, she held a VP of HR Services role at a small Chicago brokerage firm, building a HR Service model, adding revenue and executing HR services for two years. Janice also has 8 years of corporate consulting experience in the ASO and PEO HR outsourcing models. She has experience working with small businesses in the professional services, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce and non-profit sectors.
Janice obtained her Bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland, College Park with a dual major in Criminology and Psychology and holds a Professional Human Resources certification from HRCI.

Julie Thompson - Director of Client Operations
Julie is the Client Operations Manager for HR Experience Inc. She helps support the team in striving to provide excellent customer service and helps execute seamless implementations for new clients. Julie has worked with HR Experience Inc. since June 2017.
Prior to working with HR Experience Inc. she interned at a small Chicago brokerage firm under Janice as an Employee Benefits and Human Resources Intern. Julie obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Communications, as well as a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Amy McHaffie | Sr. HR Client Service Manager
Amy is a Human Resources Client Manager for HR Experience Inc. Her focus centers on client services, working directly with businesses to provide exceptional, operational human resources support.
Previously, Amy spent 12 years working in the luxury retail landscape. She served as Director for small and large boutiques, overseeing all aspects of human resources, and leading her team to provide thoughtful, and impactful, client relationships.

Megan Young | HR Client Manager
Megan is a Human Resources Account Manager for HR Experience Inc. She strives on focusing on recruiting and special project support, in addition to focusing on executing seamless human resources processes.
Prior to joining HR Experience Inc. Megan spent 5 years in the education setting, wearing many hats and ultimately building the HR department at Bennett Day School. Prior to her career in HR, she was a Teacher for 8 years at a private school in Chicago.

Samantha Ortega | Client HR Service Manager
Samantha is a Human Resources Account Associate for HR Experience Inc. She collaborates with clients to provide a customized process for essential HR operational functions and recruiting.
Prior to joining HR Experience Inc. Samantha worked as an Assistant Manager at Clean Juice, Park ridge. Focusing on all aspects of the business and in charge of the operation of the store, client relationships, recruiting and training of employees.
Samantha obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University Majoring in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.

Lexi Pitsas | Sr. HR Client Associate
Lexi is a Human Resources Account Associate for HR Experience Inc. She works with her clients to provide a tailored, seamless process for essential HR operational functions.
Prior to joining HR Experience Inc., Lexi spent time working in the education space as a school counselor where she created a school culture of success, provided emotional support, and developed treatment plans for her students. She also gained experience in the tech industry as a Sales Development Representative at Placer.ai, where she focused on generating new business by identifying and building relationships with potential clients. Lexi utilizes her previous experiences to always ensure thoughtful, positive interactions with our clients.
Before her professional career, Lexi was a student-athlete at Northwestern University where she played Volleyball and received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development Psychological Services.
